- Moss or algae growing on your roof.
How important is it to choose the right materials?
Before settling on a roofing material, choose one that can withstand harsh weather elements. We use UV-resistant polycarbonate in roofs to protect what's underneath the roof from harmful sun rays. There are various options you can choose from to make the right choice.
Can I Upgrade My Roof?
Yes, you can upgrade your roof to an architectural shingle, a designer style shingle, or even metal or tile! Upgrades are not covered by insurance. You would be responsible for paying the difference between what the insurance paid out and the cost of the upgrade.
Do You Accept Insurance Claims?
Our estimators will take the time to help you navigate the entire insurance claim process by explaining the details, answering your questions, and walking you through the steps it will take to get your roof repaired. We work hard to make the whole insurance claim process simple and stress-free. We work with USAA, State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Safeco, Travelers and almost all the other insurance companies.
We utilize the same software system as most insurance companies and adjusters use. This system, known as Xactimate, provides accurate and recognized pricing for all required materials and labor costs associated with a roofing repair or hail damage restoration project. For your benefit, this software system is updated monthly to reflect the most current pricing so that you get the most out of your insurance claim.
How Long Does the Claims Process Take?
We can start your work usually 1-2 weeks after the insurance has approved the scope of work. We don’t deliver any materials or start any work until the estimate has been approved by your insurance company.
